I have now officialy quit my job my last day is feb 2 , I get to be a stay at home mom , it took alot of reasoning with my husband to get him to agree.
Heres how I figure it if I quit my job , I will save money on gas ,and day care , which if any of you have kids you understand, it is outrageous to pay for a daycare , I called once about my kids and unfortnately I have to pay the whole amount because my husband makes to much money even with 6 in a household. anyways I checked into daycare for two of my children only in the morning and afternoon , one fulltime and the other parttime they wanted 600 dollars a week , you heard me right 600 a week , I am not paying that on my Road Ranger salary. now don't get me wrong I could continue working nights but if you know me you know how I am about family and I will never see my husband or kids. They are in school all day and by the time they all get home, including my husband I am gone to work , this means no games such as (basketbal or softball), no dinner with family, no time at all. Sure there is weekends but then there is too much to do. So I have talked it over with my husband and I am now going to be a home mommy , which is exciting in a way, but it is also scary cause the question is can we do it without me working. I guess we will see how it goes when I officially begin being a stay at home mom and we will see where it leads us.e
